I created the self-care Sunday Series to be able to bring my blog discussions and topics to life! At each event myself and fellow self-care experts, will cover internal and external ways to practice self-care, health, and healing. At each event are business owners who specialize in self-care services and/or products. There are a host of topics to discuss, giveaways, raffles and more!
